Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine is under the control of Russian forces

Russian forces still occupying Europe’s largest nuclear power plant are creating an “extremely fragile and dangerous” situation, according to the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Mariano Grossi.
“We are lucky that a nuclear accident has not yet happened,” Grossi said in a speech before the United Nations Security Council yesterday. “We roll a dice and if it continues, one day our luck will run out.”
