
Wine drinkers have plenty of options to choose their favorite strain

Variations in our salivary proteins may explain why different people may like different wines. The researchers linked the concentrations of two types of protein to how intense wine drinkers find notes in a wine, such as fruity or floral, and to their preferences for the alcoholic beverage.
