Victor Wenbanyama, you are a San Antonio Spur player.
The Spurs won the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft at the draft draw at the Barclays Center on Tuesday.
The Houston Rockets and Detroit Pistons also had a 14% chance of getting the No. 1 pick, but also got the No. 4 and No. 5 picks, respectively.

The No. 2 overall pick went to the Charlotte Hornets with a 12.5% chance of winning the top pick, while the Portland Trail Blazers (10.5%) got the No. 3 overall pick.
Wenbanyama is one of the greatest prospects in NBA history. At just 19 years old, the Frenchman is a sophisticated player.
LeBron James calls French prodigy Victor Wenbanyama a ‘generational talent’
At 7-foot-2 and weighing 229 pounds, Wenbanyama has baffled evaluators with his size and ability to dribble, shoot and do just about anything on the court.
Playing for the Metropolitans of the LNB Pro A League in France, he recorded a field goal percentage of 47% in 33 games this season, averaging 21.6 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game.
Some evaluators believe Wenbanyama, who stands taller than 7-foot-2, could quickly become a cornerstone of the Spurs franchise with the skills he shows overseas night after night.
After Wenbanyama, Scoot Henderson and Brandon Miller are considered the next best candidates for the Hornets and Blazers.
