The No. 2 overall pick went to the Charlotte Hornets with a 12.5% ​​chance of winning the top pick, while the Portland Trail Blazers (10.5%) got the No. 3 overall pick.

At 7-foot-2 and weighing 229 pounds, Wenbanyama has baffled evaluators with his size and ability to dribble, shoot and do just about anything on the court.

Playing for the Metropolitans of the LNB Pro A League in France, he recorded a field goal percentage of 47% in 33 games this season, averaging 21.6 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game.

Some evaluators believe Wenbanyama, who stands taller than 7-foot-2, could quickly become a cornerstone of the Spurs franchise with the skills he shows overseas night after night.
