Michael Brock may want to consider increasing his rating after the PGA Championship.
The PGA Club Pro at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, Calif. turned heads over the weekend at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. On Sunday, he became the first PGA club professional to reach the final round of a major in the top 10.
But there was one particularly memorable ace in the fourth leg who brought great joy to his home club members. Entering the final round with world number three Rory McIlroy, Brockslam, 46, dunked his tee shot on the par-3 15th for a hole-in-one.
Back in Southern California, they responded accordingly.

Block’s hole-in-one was the first in this tournament. He also became the first club pro to win a PGA Championship since Michael Bowman in 1996.
