Heading into Sunday’s final round at Oak Hill, Michael Brock’s week at the PGA Championship couldn’t get any better.
That was until he hit the tee shot on the par-3 15th hole.
Brock, 46, a PGA-playing pro at the Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, California, aimed at the green and hit a beautiful shot right on the pin.

As the ball fell, he dunked into the hole to score an ace, and the crowd was thrilled.
Brock looked at his partner for the day, Rory McIlory, and asked, “Did it come in, Rory?”

Brock was a fan favorite all week as he became the only tour pro to qualify for a major while many struggled on the difficult course.
Coming into Sunday, Brock was in a position to cash in on $500,000 as a certified pro. The most he’s ever made from golf is $75,000.
